To speed up the check-in process when you arrive at the campsite, we offer you the option of express check-in online, which consists of providing us with the personal details of the reservation holder and accompanying persons and paying for your stay in advance. When you enter the campsite, you will only have to identify yourself at the reception to collect the key to the bungalow or to find out which pitch you have to stay on. Express check-in is not possible on the day of arrival and is only available to customers who have booked directly with the campsite (not via an agency).

You can indicate in the reservation comment that you are going with another family, providing us with your last name or reservation number. If availability allows it, we will try to get them to be together.

We do not reserve plots or specific bungalows. At the time of booking, you can indicate which zone, pitch or bungalow preference you have. Although we will try to fulfill your requests, we cannot guarantee the specific space or accommodation that will be provided.

The request for a cancellation must be made by email. Depending on the date of cancellation, refund conditions will apply in accordance with our cancellation policy.

– If the reservation is canceled before 15 days from the start date of the stay, the amount of the down payment is returned minus bank charges of €4 to €10.

– If the cancellation is made before 7 days from the date of entry, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.

– From the seventh day prior to the date of arrival, no refund will be made.

For any changes, communication must be made by email. Changes of dates and/or persons may change the price of the booking and are subject to availability.

The bungalows include sheets and shower towels and a change of linen per week for stays of more than one week.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. It has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. A cleaning kit is provided that includes a cloth, scourer and a some dishwashing liquid.

The bungalows have ecological biomass heating (pellet stove). They do not have air conditioning.

The bungalow must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

In low season you can check at reception about the possibility of contracting a late check-out until 4:00 p.m. (always subject to availability).

We only have a bungalow for 2 people in which a small dog is allowed in low season. Supplement of €10 per night for each pet.

It is a deposit that we request to cover cleaning costs if a bungalow on the day of departure is not in a correct state of order and cleanliness; If everything is in good condition, we return the €50 at the end of the stay. The deposit can be deposited in cash or card.

It is not allowed to light a fire on the ground or make barbecues on the pitches, except electric or gas. The campsite has a communal barbecue area with firewood at your disposal.

There is a free wifi zone throughout the campsite.

Yes, the campsite has a self-service washing machine and dryer. The coins for the machines can be bought in the mini-market.

Each bungalow has a parking space next to the accommodation. In the case of the plots, the car must be in the same plot. We also have two parking areas.

Every visitor to the campsite must go to the reception before entering, register and pay the corresponding price for their stay. If visitors stay overnight, the maximum occupancy of the accommodation or plot must be respected.

In low season, the barbecues, soccer field, playground and games room are open and accessible. The opening hours of the bar, restaurant and supermarket may vary depending on the season and time of year, you can check them at reception. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15 (in case of good weather the opening can be advanced or the season extended). The Mini Club opens during the months of July and August.

The Mini-Club is designed for boys and girls from 4 to 12 years old, but everyone is welcome.

The excursions we do are for the whole family and minors must be accompanied.

Yes, at the reception you can book water activities such as rafting, canyoning, kayaking and others and also activities such as horse riding, circuits in the adventure park and BTT routes.

In winter we can also manage the reservation of snowshoe excursions.

In high season we have bread and croissants every day and in low season we also offer it but you should order it. The point of sale of bread is in the Mini-Market of the campsite.

In our small supermarket you can find some basic food and hygiene products. In the high summer season we have meat, sausages and other fresh products from the area, as well as fruit and vegetables.

Yes. We prioritize the rest of our clients to the maximum and for this reason, the hours of silence from 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m. must be respected.

The camping barrier is automatic and is open from 07:00 to 23:59. If you arrive later than 11:59 p.m. you will not be able to enter by car but you can park it in the parking lot at the entrance of the campsite and enter on foot. Before 09:00 the next morning you must remove the car from this car park.

You must notify reception and we will take care of informing the rest of the team. If we find what you have lost when you are no longer at the campsite, you can contact a carrier to pick it up.
